The plan decides what each operation costs: the higher the plan, the cheaper registration, renewal, transfer and restore become, across every zone we serve, at once. Which plan you land on is decided by your first advance payment.

Connection
The connection price of 149.00 ₴ is promotional: it holds until December 31, 2027, after which connection costs 249.00 ₴.
The connection fee is the same on every plan and is paid once for the whole time you work with us: moving to another plan never charges it again.
There is nothing separate to pay for connection: the fee is taken from the first top-up large enough to cover it. It does not affect which plan you get — the plan follows the balance after crediting, before the fee is taken, so a top-up that reaches a threshold opens that plan even if the remainder ends up a little below it.
How your plan is decided
Your plan follows the size of your first advance, against the thresholds in the table above. If it matches none of them, the nearest lower plan applies; if it is below all of them, Base does. We cannot put you on some other plan at our discretion: the test is the same for everyone.
Base asking for no advance means only that the plan opens to you without one. You still cannot start with nothing on the account: paid operations come out of the money on it, and the connection fee is taken from your first top-up.
The advance is not a fee for the plan: it is your own money on the account, and operations are paid out of it.
Moving up is automatic and needs no request: the moment the balance after a top-up reaches a higher plan's minimum, that plan applies — from that minute, without waiting for the beginning of a month. We write to tell you, and the connection fee is not charged again.
A plan above Base is held by volume, not by what is left on the account: over the previous three months it is enough to reach one and a half times the plan's minimum advance — either in advances paid in or in the value of the operations you carried out, whichever is greater. The first three months after you join a plan are not checked. And a falling balance on its own — from operations, from the connection fee, or for any other reason — never lowers a plan.
If the condition is not met we write to you and give you 30 days to meet it. Any drop is by at most one plan per check, and never below Base.
Once money is reserved for an operation, changing plan does not revise its price — in either direction.
Settlement
The commission is a characteristic of the plan, and what the plans are compared on. It is already included in the price list: nothing is added on top of the price of an operation, and within one plan the rate is the same for everyone.
We are not registered for VAT, so no tax is added — the sums are final, in Ukrainian hryvnia.
Sums in other currencies are shown for reference only, at the official rate of the National Bank of Ukraine set for October 7, 2026. Settlement under the agreement is in hryvnia alone.
