We accept mail around the clock and record it at the moment it arrives. We work through it Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time, except on days declared non-working in Ukraine. Abuse reports are the exception: we acknowledge them within 24 hours, and anything that constitutes an immediate threat is dealt with around the clock.
Paper correspondence
Send claims and procedural documents to the postal address: P.O. box 1, 51000, urban-type settlement Tsarychanka, Dniprovskyi district, Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine. We have no office open to visitors without an appointment.
