Application for Admission

Admission is a decision to grant access to the Platform following the review under section 4 of the Contract. It is not accreditation in a domain zone and it does not create an account.

A Customer may be a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur or a natural person who is not registered as an entrepreneur (clause 4.1), including a non-resident (clause 3.6.3). The Provider may not refuse Admission on the ground of the applicant's legal form or chosen tax regime (clause 4.6); the only criterion is the ability to perform section 11 of the Contract.

A natural person who is not registered as an entrepreneur. We accept such applications: the criterion is the ability to perform section 11 of the Contract, not holding a registration.

Four email addresses

The addresses may be the same one, but each is stated separately and each must be kept in working order. The abuse address must be reachable by anybody, without an account.
